Going for Growth
As well as symbolising our personalities, nature’s elements of earth, fire, air and water guide TEAMD’s efforts. Our work culture is embodied by the tree, which takes root in the earth, is nourished by water, and grows up into the air, where it is kissed by the fire of the sun. In return, it provides us with oxygen, protection and value.

From I to We
Just as we respect Mother Earth and the cycle of nature as the foundation of all life, our work is based on mutual appreciation and teamwork. We are at home across the globe, from Tyrol to Vienna, to Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom and Morocco. Within TEAMD, our diverse roots grow together to form a very special tree, one that stretches towards the sky in the most wide-ranging of ways. Each wonderfully individual root – core skill and personality – contributes to this tree, to its growth and the fruit it bears – to the success of marketing deluxe. We use TEAMD as an abbreviation for Team Marketing Deluxe (MD), but it is also a symbol for our diversity of talent, our ever-flowing creativity and fiery passion, as well as light and airy multilingualism and mindful approach to our work.
This variety allows our tree to flourish. Just as water and nutrients facilitate the growth of needles, leaves, fruit and new branches to make the whole that is the tree, so we embrace stimulating ideas and people with sparkling personalities.
