What to Expect During a Stay at Mount Med Resort

1. Initial Interview Health Concierge

Each stay begins with an introductory meeting with the Health Concierge. During this interview, the guest’s individual health itinerary is outlined and the personalised MOUNT MEDolution journey is introduced.

2. Evening of Arrival Nutrition Introduction

On the first evening, guests enjoy a Health Optimiser or Green Local Hero dinner. The personalised nutritional level for the rest of the stay will be defined after the medical diagnostics and the subsequent consultation with the doctor.

3. Before the First Breakfast

Fasting Diagnostics: Urine & Blood Tests

The first morning starts with comprehensive fasting diagnostics, including:

Urine and blood tests
3D body analysis
Stress measurement
Metabolic testing

Guests should collect the morning urine sample using the container provided in their room and bring it to the Medical Spa for testing. Breakfast can be enjoyed afterward, available until 9:00.

4. After Breakfast

Initial Medical Examination & Metabolic Blueprint Review

The second phase of diagnostics takes place after breakfast and includes:

Blood pressure measurement
Pulse oximetry
Resting ECG
Short-term HRV measurement

During the initial consultation and medical history review, the doctor discusses the findings of the Metabolic Blueprint and jointly defines the goals and priorities for the stay.

5. Interim Discussion

Health Concierge Guidance

Guests receive an interim consultation with their Health Concierge to review the personalised therapy plan and nutritional programme. This session includes guidance on:

Correct intake and dosage of herbal tonics and supplements
Introduction to orthomolecular therapy
Optional additional treatments, exercise sessions and mental wellbeing activities
This ensures the programme remains aligned with the guest’s goals, health needs and personal preferences.

6. Daily Supplements

Herbal Tonics & Nutritional Support

Throughout the stay, guests receive tailored therapeutic drinks and capsules that are vegan, preservative-free and gluten-free. The herbal tonics:

Contain ten medicinal herbs
Support detoxification

7. Protein Snacks

Daily Protein Support

Lunch is served from 11.30am to 1.30pm in Restaurant Stuben. Casual sports attire is welcome.

The stay is complemented by a weekly schedule of lectures, cookery classes and workshops designed to deepen knowledge, inspire lifestyle change and support lasting transformation.

11. Concluding Discussion: Health Concierge

The concluding discussion with your health concierge offers an important opportunity to reflect on your treatment journey. During this session, your Medical Spa account will also be reviewed. Check-out will take place at Reception on the day of your departure.
