Viniculture

Sommelier Markus Andexer’s specialities are Austrian viniculture, rare wines and large bottle sizes. First-class organic wines and rarities from Bordeaux complement the hotel’s excellent range. Weekly wine tastings include superb samples from established growers as well as up-and-coming young winemakers. This promotes long-term marketing and boosts the region’s profile.

Edelweiss & Alder

The spa concept at the Grossarler Hof has a strong association with nature and tradition. Its motto is Rest, relaxation, and a little piece of home in the Valley of Alpine Meadows. The area’s alder forests give the spa its name and inspire its generous interiors.
